Director / Broker - David Sylte

David was born and raised in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan where he started his career with the Engineering Services for the Saskatchewan Dept of Highways, followed by a career in Municipal Property Management with the seniors housing.  After meeting his wife Yvonne in Meadow Lake over 10 years ago, the two of them found their  passion for the real estate market and started renovating properties.

They decided to move to the Okanagan Valley in 1999, where they bought and renovated another property. After a few years in the beautiful Okanagan they found a new opportunity in Creston BC and became apart of the Agri-Tourism Industry. They purchased an acreage where they designed a fruit orchard and established a gift shop / fruit stand outlet on their property.  

Knowing his passion for Real Estate, David decided to obtain his Real Estate License in 2005. During his time as a real estate agent David received the “Masters Ruby Award” from his peers for consistent high productivity, service and dedication to his real estate profession. With the gratification of assisting people over the years, David decided to take and complete his Brokers course in 2008. His commitment to serve his buyers and sellers with hard work and integrity now allows him to provide the best possible solutions in the Real Estate Market.
